Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during live sale events, launches, holidays, restocks, or high-volume periods.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of Rockin’ A&G Co.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Rockin’ A&G Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at Rockinaboutique@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rockin’ A&G Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery at Rockinaboutique@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect and is approved after review.
